Event Description

Hip-hop legend Too $hort headlines a benefit concert Sept. 2 to help support medical costs of a toddler from South San Francisco fighting a deadly form of cancer. The “Labor Day Shakedown” also features an all-star lineup of San Francisco-based rappers from the past, present and future, including San Quinn, Roach Gigz, Equipto, Big Rich, Rappin 4-Tay, CoBlooded the Great, Hugh EMC, Napalm, Gold Toes, Baldhead Rick, Voice, Young Mind, Gullie, DJ Lazy Boy and Epicenter Sound. Partial proceeds benefit the family of Juliana Pena, who was diagnosed with the childhood cancer neuroblastoma just one month before her second birthday. Presented by Shakesquad Entertainment.
