Non Stop Bhangra returns with installment #112 on April 25th featuring our long time friends and yearly guests Delhi 2 Dublin live. Hour Magazine wrote that “Delhi 2 Dublin" is the United Nations of rock ‘n’ roll”. They are a Vancouver based band that plays an energetic mash-up of Bhangra, Celtic, Rock, Dub Reggae and Electronica. They have been together over eight years and released six albums and an EP. The Delhi 2 Dublin crew is constantly touring. The musicians feel that they plug directly into the world’s music and energy. The strong word-of-mouth for their live performances has enabled them to build a loyal fan base. Originality and evolution are all part of the Delhi 2 Dublin experience. As a result, they have become one of Canada’s most buzzed-about bands. The music on their album was described as “full dancing rhythms and intelligent instrumentation. The tracks are energetic and uplifting. The sounds that Delhi 2 Dublin makes are a colourful, catchy mishmash”. They always bring such fantastic energy to the night and we love having them at

Rounding out the mix, the Non Stop Bhangra crew will be in full effect bringing the usual colorful energy and vibes to the night. As Always, the night will kick off with the ritual Bhangra dance lesson followed with vibrant dance performances by the beautiful Dholrhythms Dance Company and DJ sets with Jimmy Love, Rav-E, and DJ Nix alongside live dhol drummingwith NSB's dholie Pavit Deol to keep you moving all night. Non Stop Bhangra caters to your eyes with a special live painting by Marcus Murray and visuals by Amar! NSB's photographer Odell Hussey will be in the house to capture all the energy.
