Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” Could Become First Diss Song to Win Grammy for Song of the Year

Did any song make as big an impact as Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” in 2024? From its being incorporated into various political campaign messages to its being spread all over TikTok, the Drake diss was everywhere. So then, it should be no surprise it’s been nominated for one of the most prestigious Grammy Awards out there.

On Friday morning, the Recording Academy revealed the list of nominees for the 2025 Grammy Awards, and Kendrick’s “Not Like Us” was nominated for Record of the Year as well as Song of the Year, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song and Best Music Video.
