Born in Asia, raised in Europe and the Middle East, and currently residing in the United States, JANAKA SELEKTA is a well- known name within
the global music scene. He writes produces and DJs music that brings together the classical, folk and roots styling of South Asia, Arabia, Jamaica
and Africa with the cutting edge sounds of hard hitting electronica. His current projects include creating original music sets, drawing from his
experience as a seasoned DJ, and his groundbreaking band,  Gods Robots. On this night, he will spin a special set of reggae and dub remixes

Having just celebrated its 16th Anniversary, DUB MISSION is one of the longest-running dub & reggae parties in the U.S., and the world.
A weekly Sunday night party at Elbo Room in the Mission District of San Francisco, Dub Mission presents cutting-edge dub, dubstep,
roots reggae, and dancehall, and has featured artists from all over the world, including Adrian Sherwood & the ON-U Sound System,
Mad Professor & the Ariwa Sound System, the Scientist, Mungo's Hi Fi with Soom T, Zion Train, Twilight Circus Dub Sound System,
Turntables on the Hudson, and many others. We look forward to another year of riddims and laughter.
