On short notice, it’s going down at my new favorite record store/Hip Hop shop Ear Peace Records in Berkeley—-I am doing Pd’s Beat Cypher 3.0 where some of the Bay’s best producers drop their illest new beats. I’ll be rocking with my dude B.Durazzo who just dropped a fantastic EP/beat tape tonight which you can get here for FREE.

Expect him on the two MPC’s as usual and I’ll be manning the decks to play folks beats, who knows, maybe we will get FLO and some MC’s in the mix! Many more dope events and beat cyphers to come in the near future at this spot! It’s free and there is free Vitamin Water so what are you waiting for? 6-8pm Thursday May 3rd!

Prentice Grant: From Vauxhall to Legacy — The Rise of an Independent Hip-Hop Force

The first time Prentice Grant realized music could change his life, he was just a kid in Vauxhall, New Jersey, staring at the TV.
