FREESTYLE:
Your own style of dance, with me as your guide, bringing more consciousness to the capabilities within your movement.

ADVENTURE:
Exploring concepts to provoke creativity and imagination, which is always an adventure! Character, props, masks, scene work...the list goes on...

GAMES:
Theatre games to enhance the connection with yourself and the group as a whole.

MY VISION FOR THIS CLASS:
-To bring a LIGHT heart and laughter into the energy of the group and class overall.

-For you to get inspired by the activities to bring forth a new version of your dance/movement capabilities!

-Supporting you into the realization of new potentials within your creativity and imagination.

-Provoking a new sense of play, imagination and confidence in your movement.

-To forge different dance styles so we are all inspiring one another with our creativity.

THE ENVIRONMENT:
I set a space for supporting each other with NO judgement. I will hold space for a safe place to explore and play, which I ask all my students to honor that with one another as well.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME, yet best for intermediate and up

Fridays, 7-8pm
