Black Uhuru is one of the most recognized and prolific reggae bands of the last 50 years, with legends Don Carlos, Junior Reid, and Michael Rose among its past members. The current Black Uhuru features founder Derrick "Duckie" Simpson.

Rising up from southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley, Indubious mixes reggae, dance hall, and new roots reggae with visionary lyrical messages, up to three-part vocal harmonies and funky-heavy jams. The tight trio is keyboardist-singer Evan “Evton B” Burton, his singer-bassist brother Spencer “Skip Wicked” Burton, and drummer Matthew T. Wells.
