Tanaya Perry known in the streets and rap industry as “Brooklyn Perry”. She was born February 20, 1992. She grew up in Marcy projects faced different obstacles and beat the odds of living in one of the most dangerous projects with a big dream. She started being interested in music at the age of six. Listening and learning through her cousin who use to rap and from there she picked it up as a hobby. She started freestyling at lunch time in school. When she turned eleven, she picked up the pen and started writing songs. She looked up to some of the biggest legends in rap history such as Biggy Smalls, 2pac , Jay z, Nas, Queen Latifah, Mc Lyte and many more. Her goal is to bring back old school hip hop in a new era out look.
