Hello Everyone! I wanted to let you all know about something cool going down tonight at the 1015 club in San Francisco with Prefuse 73, Nosaj Thing and FaltyDL. Aside from the fact that they are all going to put on an awesome show, Prefuse 73 has a special treat for those attending: he's debuting a new track exclusively on Blend, which people can hear and also download for their own sampling/remixing purposes.
Recently, Prefuse 73 joined forces with Blend (http://blend.io), a network for musicians and producers to share in-progress music and connect with new collaborators and fans. During the tour, Prefuse 73 will have Dropcards available containing a special URL and invite code to the unreleased track on Blend. This will allow fans and aspiring collaborators to listen to the track, give feedback or pull the Ableton project files to make their own remix and then publish them back up to Blend.
