Bio:
CEO of Mack Town Entertainment, LLC; Screala is a Detroit native, born July 25. 1988. Screala first discovered his love for music at the young age of 10. Residing in the East side growing up, with the good , the bad & the ugly of Detroit’s own environment and his life’s experiences influenced the cleaver metaphors and the lyrics in his music. “Detroit is a nightmare / I came back to ‘em / kept it 100 that’s how everybody knew ‘em.” – Screala from ‘Born Ready Army’ ft. DommaNate & Dolla. Not only Fan of his own music but other music interests consists of Rick Ross , Jay z , Blade Ice Wood, Adele , Notorious BIG , Coldplay , Bruno Mars and Drake. Currently , Screala is working on his first Solo Mix Tape “ Money Back Guaranteed “ and building a bigger fan base by promoting and performing his other featured songs that he has done with other recording artists . Screala has performed at the following venues : Ritz Bar & Grill , Cobo Hall arena , Private Parties , Club Sin , and The Detroit Pub all located in Detroit, MI; The Dream Lounge in Columbus , OH and The Sypher 360 Show in Atlanta, GA . Songs such as “ I GET IT IN “ , “ LETTER TO THE GAME “ , “ D HAT “ and “ ON MY WAY “ are some of his recent recorded projects. Screala formed Born Ready at the age of 13, alongside with cousin DommaNate ; who also shares the same love for music and each other’s talents. Throughout the years they had their few failed attempts of other up and coming artists, who did not last in the movement that they had envisioned for the label. But in 2009, Screala and DommaNate ran into a mutual friend who had grown up in the same neighborhood that happened to bring his own music movement and talent to the table. Each bringing their own individual style and Rap skills, expanding their fan base to not only urban hip-hop, but also the modern back-pack suburban crowd yet staying true to their raw cut throat mentality in their music. The main goal Screala has in the works for Mack Town Entertainment, LLC is to establish and maintain his focus for label’s projects. Still continuing to promote and performing not only the existing classics that’s been recorded, but also the new projects that he has been brainstorming and working on. Screala plans to be more open with working with other artists not only from Detroit but from other regions. In summer 2011, the video for single “I Get It In” will debut and the single will be serviced and promoted in the Midwest and Southern regions of the USA.
