The San Francisco Vintage Reggae Society & Wake The Town Radio in association with First Round Promotions are proud and honored to present a rare appearance in the SF Bay area:

DAWN PENN - Live in Oakland at The Uptown Nightclub

Dawn will be performing a pure '60s revival set of Rocksteady and Early Reggae.

Hear Dawn perform her classic hits from back in the day with legendary producers such as Bunny Lee, Duke Reid, Prince Buster, Boris Gardiner and of course her smash hit for Sir Coxson, the Studio One anthem "You Don't Love Me (No, No, No)" !!

Dawn Penn will be backed by the Bay Area's traditional Ska and Rocksteady outfit Franco Nero. Franco Nero will also open the show with a set of their own original compositions featuring the vocal stylings of Rashida Clendening aka "Audio Angel"

Hear more from Franco Nero here:

Plus, an ensemble of the finest collectors and selectors of original Ska, Rocksteady and Reggae vinyl 45s spinning before, after and in between bands all night.
