- Hip-hop DJ since I was 13 years old. As I grew up in Frisco I was influenced by all kinds of music. Especially by my parents who come from a Central American background but despite these latin roots my parents listened to mostly Motown and Classic Rock as well as the traditional Salsas and Cumbias. As a pre-teen I witnessed a turntablist for the first time and after that I knew what I wanted to do. After graduating from St. Mary's College I went on to be the Project Manager for San Francisco Magazine and then I was a Newstand consultant for Next Steps Marketing firm down on Market St. Now I work in TV but the point is that even throughout all this professional world experience, I was still able to keep my first love intact: Hip hop. At least for me, I've been blessed to have played for the time I did. One Love.
