Deweyandthepeoples.com With their roots in the San Francisco Bay Area, Dewey and the Peoples has a unique reggae sound fused with a blend of funk, blues and classic rock. DATP, influenced by Slightly Stoopid, Dave Matthews, Phish, Victor Wooten and the Foo Fighters, bring a distinctive sound and soul to their music.



DATP hit the California reggae scene in 2012 with a bang winning the Live 105 Radio Battle of the Bands and first round of the San Francisco Battle of the Bands. Quickly gaining recognition on the music scene, by the end of 2012 Dewey and the Peoples will have shared the stage with artists like J Boog, Josh Heinrichs, and Arden Park Roots.



You can find Dewey and the Peoples playing at music festivals, charity fundraisers, and live music venues across California.
