HOME is a documentary produced by Hip Hop Caucus & People's Climate Music that covers the impacts of carbon pollution on low-income communities of color, the polluters who treat these vulnerable communities as the path of least resistance, and the people-driven movement to challenge polluters and create clean, healthy communities.
Climate Change is real and it is impacting our communities right now. This film hopes to change the conversation around the climate issue. Climate change is no longer just about polar bears and ice caps. It’s really about the air and water in our urban areas, and the poisoning of our communities by the fossil fuel industry.
