What is Silent Frisco?
Silent Frisco makes your "scene" not heard, preserving the right for artists express themselves in public settings where "noise" has previously made such activities impractical or illegal. Through the use of custom "silent" wireless headphone technology, Silent Frisco produces unique music experiences, where live artists rock the house without waking the neighbors!
WE OWN TWO THOUSAND 2-CHANNEL, FESTIVAL-OPTIMIZED WIRELESS HEADPHONES. Custom-designed and built from scratch, Silent Frisco headsets operate TWO simultaneous independent radio channel feeds, while providing the best in audio clarity, volume, and comfort.
Developed in the 1980s, 'Silent Disco' concept made it's U.S. debut at the 2005 Bonnaroo Festival, where resident Dj and Silent Frisco founder Robbie "MoPo" Kowal (pictured) introduced the user-friendly technology to ecstatic audiences seeking additional late night programming. Since then, Kowal, and Silent Frisco team have been pushing this unique concept at dozens of major U.S. music and arts festivals.
