It’s not so easy to find quality hip hop these days that is able to breach the barrier and make the transition from mixtape rapper to mainstream artist. IVL 12, ably assisted by Stik is gradually working his way to that perspective. The dude’s on the grind and judging by these latest tracks, it looks like it’s about to pay off. A part from his laidback, organic sounding beats, much of IVL 12’s appeal comes from his songs being so down to earth and easy to relate to. He paints a vivid mural on the walls of your mind with his lyrical sense. And if you don’t get “Rollie & A Rover” and “From The Feet Up”, then you’re just not listening man
