Born to James and Cynthia Farmer, Fellon Phelps was born Jonel Farmer raised in the Glenville neighborhood (Cleveland, Ohio), same hood as Bone Thugs n Harmony and Steve Harvey. Fellon Phelps professional music career started in 2016 and since then he has dropped various singles. On May 31 2020, which is Fellon Phelps actual birthday, he dropped "Last Reigning Kingdom" E.P making his portfolio strong. All of his music are available on all major music platforms, including his latest singles "D.G.A.F" and "I Did It" produced by talented, Corleone.
