Born to James and Cynthia Farmer, Fellon Phelps was born Jonel Farmer raised in the Glenville neighborhood (Cleveland, Ohio), same hood as Bone Thugs n Harmony and Steve Harvey. Fellon Phelps professional music career started in 2016 and since then he has dropped various singles.
