Covenant of the Neo Builds His Own Lane With Futuristic Synth Hop Sound On “Little Miss Tokyo’s Revenge”

Brian Wandtke, professionally known as Covenant of the Neo, is an independent artist from Chicago creating a futuristic blend of hip hop and electronic music that he calls “Synth Hop.” Inspired by both the synthwave and hip hop scenes, Covenant of the Neo has built a sound that mixes melodic energy, heavy production, and dance driven vibes that pull listeners into his world.

Creativity continues to be the force that keeps him motivated. From producing records to shaping his own creative direction, Covenant of the Neo takes pride in being fully hands on with his music. His project Electric Noise introduced audiences to his original style, while his growing catalog keeps pushing new sounds and ideas without following trends. As a fully independent artist with no label or management backing, he remains committed to keeping his music authentic and innovative.

When working with other artists and producers, Covenant of the Neo’s sound and creative energy naturally inspire collaboration. Even during difficult moments, including dealing with scammers in the music space, he stayed focused by cutting ties, filing complaints, and continuing to move forward with his career. One of his proudest accomplishments is simply mastering the art of producing and creating music on his own terms.

Using social media as his main connection to fans, Covenant of the Neo continues to build his audience through music releases, posts, and direct engagement. With his next release, “Little Miss Tokyo’s Revenge,” on the way, he is preparing to take his Synth Hop sound to even bigger audiences in 2026 and beyond.
