Even though she’s — at the time of this piece — quite literally dominating the charts, dance floors, ballrooms, and everything in between with her album Renaissance, Beyoncé joins The Isley Brothers on the remake of their classic 1975 ballad, “Make Me Say It Again, Girl.”
(For context: this was the song Bone Thugs-N-Harmony sampled for “Tha Crossroads”… and Mariah Carey did for “Breakdown” with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.)
This track, as well as “Friends & Family” with Snoop Dogg, will arrive on The Isley Brothers’ highly anticipated, forthcoming album that is slated to drop sometime in September 2022.
