Tmor & Schwinn : Elements Of Change Story. E.O.C aka Elements Of Change was a underground Hip Hop group from San Francisco with production by Bored Stiff's TD Camp. They were sought after by many labels in the 90's for their demo tape. You will see in this short video how things turned for the worse during the process of being recruited. Two kids from the Fillmore district in the city who had such an amazing show and back to back spin off rhyming pattern that had all who saw it amazed and intrigued. Wanting more for themselves & a bit of street pushed ego & money offerings got in the way of them signing with a major label. The album was independently put out by Hella Records some years later.
