Nas has [finally] released The Last Tapes 2, the followup to his 2002 classic compilation album.
Lost Tapes 2 features unreleased songs from the second half of Nas’ career, starting with Hip-Hop Is Dead (2006) going on to Nasir (2018). The album features production from the likes of Kanye West, Alchemist, RZA, Pete Rock, No I.D., Pharrell, and more. (Sadly, there is no DJ Premier here.)
The album, which is led by the single “Jarreau of Rap (Skatt Attack),” features RaVaughn, Swizz Beatz, Al Jarreau, and more. Does this live up to The Lost Tapes name? Find out below.
