The three-day festival, which takes place in Golden Gate Park from August 9 to 11, announced the full lineup on Tuesday. Headliners include rapper Tyler, the Creator, who recently performed a (literally) explosive Coachella set, and 2000s rock darlings the Killers, who penned the infectious “Mr. Brightside.” There’s also a significant country streak to the headliners with the booking of Sturgill Simpson, as well as Post Malone performing a special country music set. Both Tyler and Post Malone have played the festival in recent years (2021 and 2022 respectively).
Other big names include the enigmatic diva Grace Jones, Boiler Room all-star Kaytranada and early aughts indietronica pioneers the Postal Service. Actor Idris Elba, who cut his teeth as a DJ before Hollywood success, is scheduled to play a set at the festival’s SoMa stage, alongside globe-trotting DJs like Seth Troxler and the Blessed Madonna.
