RAMO Drops Energetic New Single “Run It Up” Alongside Cinematic Visual Rollout

Hamilton artist RAMO is continuing his rise with the release of his latest single, “Run It Up,” a high-energy record that blends melodic trap production, infectious hooks, and polished delivery into a sound built for repeat listens.

The release captures the raw hunger and charisma that originally drew attention to RAMO’s music while showcasing a more refined and complete artistic direction. Backed by cinematic visuals and an aggressive content rollout across social media, “Run It Up” represents a major step forward for the Ontario artist as he prepares for one of his biggest creative runs yet.

Built around hard-hitting production and memorable melodies, the track highlights RAMO’s ability to create music that connects both in headphones and in high-energy environments. The visual presentation surrounding the release further amplifies the record’s momentum, with high-quality music video production and curated short-form content helping build anticipation across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

More importantly, “Run It Up” serves as the introduction to RAMO’s larger vision moving forward. Rather than staying confined to one sound, the Hamilton artist is preparing to split his upcoming releases into two distinct styles that showcase the full range of his artistry.

One side of RAMO’s upcoming catalog focuses on gritty melodic trap records built around hard-hitting production, catchy hooks, and high-energy delivery. The other lane leans into wavy summer-inspired music, blending dancehall and house influences to create infectious records designed for clubs, festivals, and worldwide playlists.

The dual-style approach reflects RAMO’s refusal to be boxed into a single genre. Having spent years developing a sound influenced by rap, hip-hop, pop, dancehall, and house music, he is now entering a stage where both sides of his creativity will be fully showcased through consistent releases and cinematic visuals.

His journey first gained local attention after a school freestyle known as “No Spanish” spread rapidly throughout Hamilton. Originally recorded casually on a voice memo, the freestyle became a city-wide viral moment that helped spark RAMO’s musical pursuit and introduced audiences to his natural confidence and presence.

That momentum carried into his early SoundCloud releases, where tracks like “I Know” and “1Time” developed a loyal underground following with crowds regularly singing the lyrics word-for-word at local events and gatherings.

Today, RAMO is building on that foundation with a stronger visual identity, larger-scale rollouts, and a growing audience across social media. With multiple singles, videos, and projects lined up, “Run It Up” marks the beginning of a new chapter that fully introduces both sides of RAMO’s sound to a wider audience.

“Run It Up” is available now on all streaming platforms.
