Power To The People Festival 2026 added Public Enemy to the lineup for the inaugural event taking place Saturday, October 3 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. The hip-hop pioneers join previously announced headliners Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews, Joan Baez and Jack Black.
Public Enemy’s addition strengthens the festival’s focus on socially conscious music and activism. The group is part of a diverse lineup that also includes Dropkick Murphys, Cypress Hill, Killer Mike, Serj Tankian, Brittany Howard, Taylor Momsen, The Linda Lindas, Darryl McDaniels, Matt Cameron, grandson and The Neighborhood Kids.
Festival curator Tom Morello assembled the lineup for what is described as “a non-partisan celebration of peace, justice, solidarity, music, and community action.” Jack Black will perform alongside Roman Morello, Revel Ian, Yoyoka Soma and Hugo Weiss, while artist will spin a DJ set. Bruce Springsteen is scheduled to join Tom Morello and his band for select songs during the festival.
Tickets go on sale to the general public tomorrow, May 30 at 10 a.m. ET.
