Lil TD Baby better known as “TD” is a new Hip-Hop/R&B artist from the “Boogie Down” Ville of New Brunswick New Jersey. He been making music all of his life. His uncle is R&B singer Jaheim. His Great Grandfather was in the music industry as well, playing with top groups including the “The Drifters”. TD first started around the age of 3 playing the drums. He always was making sounds with his hands or tapping on things. His mom bought his first drum set when he was 5.

TD then started playing the drums in school and drill team for his city. He started competing in talent shows and drum contests at the age of 10 to about 15 years old. He won just about all his talent shows and was very well known for drumming around New Jersey. He stopped competing in talent shows but was still doing local drumming at different churches and for fun. TD’s mother past away in 2016 from cancer when has was only 19. That was his number 1 supporter. He then had his first child in December 2016 (another in March 2019).

People around him been always told him he had a nice voice when he was younger just singing for fun and always told him he should really pursue making music, but really loved playing the drums. His father was a Gospel Singer and his mother also had a nice voice. So then he started recording in 2017 and released his first song “Gotta Get It” on SoundCloud which has over 4,500 streams. Performed the song a few times at local shows. TD took a break from music to focus on his family and health.

He then started recording again around late 2018. Released his 2nd song in January 2019. He has a total of 3 songs on every music platform, and 4 available on SoundCloud. Songs totaling over 18,000 streams. Lil TD Baby is planning to release first E.P. around June, along with some music videos. He’s ready to show the world what he’s got.
