Jazzie B was in tears as Soul II Soul was honoured with a stone on the Music Walk Of Fame at Camden in London. The collective follow The Who, Madness and Amy Winehouse to become the fourth act to receive the accolade, with fans flocking to celebrate the achievement with them. Jazzie B – real name Trevor Beresford Romeo – was seen grinning away as he touched the stone, which reads ‘innovators’, before wiping away tears as he took his seat. The 57-year-old said of the accolade: ‘I’m really proud and slightly overwhelmed today, I thought it would be alright but it got really nostalgic and did bring back a lot of memories.
