At a young age, Remarc was making things happen - throwing down the soundtrack to house parties with reggae and electro grooves. This was only the beginning as his first big break came playing on the legendary Weekend Rush pirate radio station, progressing from hardcore to jungle. This developed a UK following for Remarc, but world domination was imminent for this ragga jungle OG. His exceptional drum programming skills and incredible production prowess are evident by the tracks he's created for labels like Dollar, White House and Surburban Base. Always loyal to drum and bass, Remarc knows the importance of progression, spinning oldskool and new jungle, all while building a new junglist generation geared towards furthering the "amen" movement.

Kmag has cited him as a "major influence" on contemporary breakcore/"alternative d&b" artists, and has also praised him for his drum programming and "super-technical" use of the Amen break.

In 2003 Planet Mu released "Sound Murderer," a Remarc compilation containing tracks (many of them previously unreleased on CD) that were originally released between 1995 and 1997 on labels like Suburban Base. In the album's Pitchfork Media review, Scott Plagenhoef wrote that it included "some of the most deft manipulations of rhythm of the jungle era." Planet Mu released a second compilation, "Unreleased Dubs 94-96," the following year.
