Reggie Watts, internationally renowned vocalist/ beatboxer/ musician/ comedian/ improvisor, amazes audiences with his unpredictable performances, which are created on-the-spot using only his formidable voice and looping pedals. Blending and blurring the lines between comedy and music with his unique lyrical style, LA Weekly calls Reggie "the most wildly inventive new talent of the past five years." Keyboardist Robert Glasper?s landmark 2012 album Black Radio (recently nominated for two Grammy Awards) boldly stakes out new musical territory and transcends any notion of genre, drawing from jazz, hip-hop, R&B and rock, but refusing to be pinned down by any one tag. The Los Angeles Times once wrote that "it's a short list of jazz pianists who have the wherewithal to drop a J Dilla reference into a Thelonious Monk cover, but not many jazz pianists are Robert Glasper." Reggie and Robert reunite after a wildly successful debut collaboration at the 2012 SF Sketchfest, where they improvised an entire set of music and comedy with no preconceived notions or rehearsal. This time they'll make it a trio, adding drummer Chris "Daddy" Dave, whom Questlove calls "probably the most dangerous drummer alive. He is totally reinventing just what you can do with drums."
