The live sound system trio HABITAT SOUND consists of vocalist/keyboardist Prince Zohar and percussionist David Hurley, with selector Eddie Turbo at the dub controls. Reminiscent of the post-punk analog dub sound of Mark Stewart and On-U Sound System, Habitat Sound made its release debut in 2009 with Habitat Sound System meets Prince Zohar and The Mystics, which was co-produced with Mad Professor, and received rave reviews as a cult hit in the dub world. This DUB MISSION show will celebrate the release of Prince Zohar's latest Habitat LP, Murder on Golden Hill, a dub-fi dub soundclash vs. Dub Traffik Control, produced in a crushing dancehall style. MOGH features 100% original analog production by Prince Zohar, influenced by hard '80s rub-a-dub, alongside Dub Traffik Control, who inject the version excursion remix flavor to each track.
