Event Description

Crucial Reggae Sundays brings free, family-friendly reggae music to the historic Bandshell at Music Concourse in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park, every Sunday from 4:20 to 7:30 pm, through mid-November. Produced by Illuminate LIVE and the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department, the series is hosted by residents Irie Dole (Jah Warrior Shelter Hi-Fi), Guidance (Infinite Guidance Sound/Nice Up Radio), and DJ Sep (Dub Mission), and features special guest live performances and DJ sets every week.

April Schedule:
April 6: DJs Ted Shred and O’Snap (Shogun Sound)
April 13: DJ Mr. E (45 Sessions)
April 20: Prezident Brown (special 4/20 live performance)
April 27: OG the DJ (moving away party)

Upcoming artists include Native Elements on May 25th, Mighty Mystic on June 1st, and Birds Of A Feather on June 22nd.
