Boys Noize returns to SF celebrating the release of his second album, Power! The album has been keenly anticipated by a fan-base that follows his every move. Alongside peers Erol Alkan and Justice, Boys Noize (aka Alex Ridha) is part of a new mongrel breed of techno artist with a maverick bent and solid vision, beaming a myriad of influences from the past through a prism to create something fresh, new and exciting enough to send his audience loopy. Ridha, the founder of Boynoize Records (BNR) consistently pushes the envelope. Power is the much awaited follow-up record to his first, world renown album, Oi Oi Oi. With roots from techno, hip hop, disco, and electro, the new album encompasses elements of both rave and minimal but also the kind of inspired beats that would make hip hop producers drool. Plug in and get switched on, you won't want to miss this one!
