~ The Global Festival for Peace ~

3 day camp Out celebration for world peace and unity, set amidst beautiful old growth oak trees, uniting Jamband, World, Conscious Hip Hop, Electronica, Reggae and Folk.

Over 70 acts on 5 stages including:
Michael Franti and Spearhead, Digable Planets, Neko Case, Kinky, Anthony B, K’Naan, Ivan, Neville's Dumstaphunk, JJ Grey and Mofro, Praang (featuring Steve Kimock, Travis, Hann, Janover),
Buckethead, Panjea (featuring Chris Berry and Michael Kang), Lotus, Queen Omega, Wisdom, Goddess Alchemy Project, Blame Sally, Moonalice,
Lafa Taylor, Soul Magestic, That One Guy, Medicine Drum, Sila and the Afro Funk, Experience, BLVD and Souleye, Lynx.

Special Festival Events:
** "The Prayer for Peace" Global Link up at 4pm Saturday.
** "The Global Maa" - For the second year running we will unite our voices to create the world's largest synchronized global chant, uniting over 350 locations in 60 countries. This year we will be using the tone of "Maa" (pronounced Maah), to affirm the healing of our mother earth and all living beings. The sound of "Ma" is common in many cultures to represent the mother.
** "The Gathering of the Elders" - Elders council featuring indigenous elders from many nations, who will share wisdom and sacred ceremony, including a special "grandmothers council".
** Also featuring: global artisans market, all night music cafes, Speakers Forum, workshops, late night cinema, activist alley, performance art and theater, Kidlandia Kidz village, all night fire drum cirlce, and much much more..
