WINTICKETS ! Just in time for the holidays, Sweetwater Music Hall presents the uplifting music of The Blind Boys of Alabama on their annual Christmas tour. Recognized worldwide as living legends of gospel music, the group will perform on Tuesday, December 12th, at Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley. The Blind Boys of Alabama have been celebrated by The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and the Recording Academy with Lifetime Achievement Awards, and been inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame. They have won five Grammy® Awards, attaining the highest levels of achievement in a career that spans over 70 years! The Blind Boys are known for crossing multiple musical boundaries with their remarkable interpretations of everything from traditional gospel favorites to contemporary spiritual material.
