Born and raised in Brooklyn, DON DR3 can be known as much more than an artist. A creative in all facets; through videography, the visionary aspect has given DON DR3 the ability to tell a story in his songs. Introduced to creating music at the age of 8 years old sparked a demand to be heard through his passion. His calm, yet aggressive demeanor on songs is inspired by acts like Fabolous, Jay-Z & Jimi Hendrix.
Being self-taught in all areas of music forced DON DR3 to uncover hidden talents and perfect his craft. Doing so has had him open up for Ill Camille in July 2017, which turned heads due to his freestyle. A huge motion forward into his career led to DR3’s debut headline show partnered with Major Stage in August 2017. Releasing new music days after his packed out show, the single ‘F/W17’ was featured on Tidal’s twitter, which then broadened the audience from underground to mainstream. The unique record was praised to be “the perfect single.”
Working on his debut EP set to be released in January 2018, the creative, the visionary, the artist DON DR3 will not be considered underground for long.
