After receiving a great response on his last mixtape "For The Moment" which featured "Doing Something Right" Washington, DC ( October 1, 2015) — Hip Hop artist Boogiie Byrd who is from the DMV, announced the release of his s econd mixtape "On the Way Up" today (Oct.1). The mixtape features 16 tracks and is available for immediate download. The 24 year old, has already proven he is not just in the music business to create beats and sell records, especially with the success of his last mixtape, ” Doing Something Right ”.

Diddy's televised show "Making the Band" had a resounding effect on Boogiie Byrd and inspired the young rapper to pursue his love of music. Boogiie Byrd is the voice of rap's new generation and with his release of "Doing Something Right", it is safe to say that he will be in the industry for years to come.
