Caktuz Set To Release New Single x Video Aug.13th w/ We Build Hits/SONY Red (BTS PHOTOS)
North Carolina’s hip hip rocker, Caktuz, prepares to drop the new video to the re-release of his single “Supahbaaddddd!” through We Build Hits/SONY Red on August 13th.
We Build Hits, founded by veteran hip hop legend Billy Danze (M.O.P.) joined forces with Sony RED Distribution to found a new label for the company’s diverse and globally-based roster.
WBH/SONY Red hope to grab the UK market with Caktuz’s self entittled ‘Carolina Blues’ brand of southern hip hop. This unique sound dipped in syrupy blues with Brooklyn afro punk signatures, sets this country bad boy aside form the pack of dopeboys dominating the southern music scene.
“I’m more than happy with the deal, I`m appreciative and eager to get things rolling,” said Danze.
We Build hits’ Vice President Raymond “RayDon” Coleman added, “We Build Hits is spreading and becoming the first global independent record company, in the next few months we`re releasing multiple albums from artist in the states and multiple countries”.
