T.I. recently stopped by the NPR Music heaquarters to put on an extra special ‘Tiny Desk Concert.’
For the nine-minute set, the Atlanta rapper performed some of the biggest tracks from across his stacked catalog: “Rubber Band Man” from Trap Muzik, “What You Know” from King and “Live Your Life” from Paper Trail. Instead of just rapping over production, Tip put a twist on some of his classics by being joined by a group of high school string players.
It’s hard to believe that Paperwork came out four years ago, but his new album The Dime Trap is coming soon.
