Now this is a documentary I am very excited to see.
Sometime in 2023, fans will be treated to the first documentary chronicling the beats, rhymes, and lives of Phonte, Rapper Big Pooh, and 9th Wonder. Dubbed May the Lord Watch: The Little Brother Story, the doc will serve as a celebration for one of the most influential and critically-beloved hip hop groups of a generation as well as an insight into the trio’s careers as both a group and solo acts. Directed by Holland Randolph Gallagher, the film will appear to also delve into Little Brother’s well-documented breakup as well.
While there is not exact release date for it, a trailer for May The Lord Watch has been released. Check it out below.
