Black Sunday is the second album by rap group Cypress Hill. It was released on July 20, 1993. It debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 selling 261,000 copies in its first week,[1] recording the highest Soundscan for a rap group at the time. The album went Triple platinum in the U.S. with 3.4 million units sold.[2] Black Sunday is also seen as a hip hop classic and possibly the group's best material to date.
