KILLER MIKE WALKS BACK ANDRÉ 3000 ALBUM CLAIM: ‘I WAS STONED OUT OF MY MIND’

Killer Mike has walked back his claim that André 3000 is working on new music, saying now that he was ‘stoned out of his mind’ when the comments were made.

The Run The Jewels rapper sat down for an interview with V-103 in Atlanta, and said comments he made on Sway In The Morning on Wednesday (June 21) were blown way out of proportion, and that 3 Stacks did not have an album coming.

“I was stoned out of my mind playing, teasing with y’all,” Mike said at the 7-minute mark below. “Y’all done took the joke too seriously. But you know, [Andre 3000’s] always making music. He’s never not making music. So I got a chance to hear a lot of cool stuff… If you want to hear Dre though, I know where you can. It’s this album called ‘Michael’ that’s out right now. There is Dre, Future, and Killer Mike…”
