On July 22, Joey Bada$$ will his third studio album 2000. The project, will arrive roughly ten years after his debut mixtape 1999, and will the Brooklyn talent’s first album since 2017’s ALL-AMERIKKKAN BADA$$. “The album title serves as a reminder for the world that time is a concept and it’s really just been one long year since Joey and Pro Era exploded onto the scene in 2012,” Joey said in a press statement.
Following the previous focus tracks “Survivor’s Guilt,” “Where I Belong,” and “Head High,” Joey shares “Zip Codes” which has him talking that slick talk over Kirk Knight production. A matching visual, which chronicles his excursions throughout the world, has also been released.
