Jeymes Samuel, sometimes known as The Bullitts, made his feature film directorial debut in 2021 with The Harder They Fall, which was produced in part by Jay-Z. The pair have reunited for a second film, The Book Of Clarence, which stars LaKeith Stanfield (in the titular role), Anna Diop, David Oyelowo, Alfre Woodard, Teyana Taylor, Caleb McLaughlin, James McAvoy, and Benedict Cumberbatch among others.

Like its predecessor, the film also comes with star-studded soundtrack featuring the likes of Doja Cat, Lil Wayne, Jorja Smith, Kid Cudi, and more. The most notable track, however, is Jay-Z and D’Angelo‘s collaborative effort “I Want You Forever.”
