The 28 year old Rashon Butler aka LKeys an up and coming hip-hop phenomenon hopes to position himself among a short list of up and coming rap superstars by offering a more hardcore vision of what it means to be young in a hip-hop culture dominated by OGs. LKeys was writing and composing lyrics at the age of twelve and holds rap prophets Notorious Big and Tupac Shakur as his largest influences. LKeys has opened up for such acts as Trey Songz, GS Boys, Fabulous, Twista, Yukmouth, The Joker, Young Berg, Big Daddy Kane and more.
Among the various projects he has to date are: Street Chronicles Mixtapes parts I and II, Slapperhouse Mixtape, Soundclick Mixtape,"Street Famous", “Keys 2 the city”. Rashon will stop at nothing less than stardom and hopes to become a key part of a culture that represents the harsh realities of life. As he continues to grow in this industry and incorporate his life experiences to his music he is determined to reach people all over the world.
