(In-Ur-Gee) is an upcoming Hip-Hop / Pop artist hailing from San Antonio, Texas.
Born as Gary Walls Jr, he has original roots stemming from Franklin, Louisiana. As you may know, Louisiana is home to musical legends, such as Lil Wayne, Boosie, Juvenile, NbaYoungBoy, JayDaYoungan, among many others.
It has been known to be one of the toughest landscapes to come up in, having large percentages of the state’s population living in poverty, engaging in gang activity, as well as a lack of parental involvement.
It makes sense why InrG - otherwise known as ‘Lil Crack’ (subsidiary nickname given to him early on referencing his father - Gary Walls Sr aka ‘Crack’) would often find himself in the midst of trouble, which ranged from simply acting out to defending himself from being jumped by rivals, all the way to being expelled indefinitely in elementary school.
This expulsion would result in he and his younger brother relocating from Louisiana, as he could no longer attend schools within the state.
It was during this time he discovered his athletic and musical talents. After having a less than favorable collegiate experience, InrG began taking the craft of music extremely serious. By then, he had already relocated to places such as upstate New York, where he would collaborate and get a feel of his first real studio time.
InrG is back on the scene with new music and fresh insight to share about what’s been going on in his world, including life struggles, family issues / drug abuse, among many other personal traumas.
His new single ‘Bounce Back’ is scheduled to release this year in August and the local buzz he’s built has emerging fans in a great deal of anticipation.
