Donald Trump tries and fails at repealing the Obamacare for the umpteenth time.

The failing Donald Trump has failed again at achieving his administration’s goal of repealing Obamacare.

“We essentially repealed Obamacare because we got rid of the individual mandate … and that was a primary source of funding of Obamacare,” Trump said in a Cabinet meeting at the White House on Wednesday in celebration of the Republican’s passage of a $1.5 trillion tax cut bill.

Trump thought the tax bill would repeal the Affordable Care Act, colloquially known as Obamacare. It doesn’t. But the bill will still chip away at one of Obamacare’s foundations.
