DIDDY HIT WITH NEW FORCED LABOR ALLEGATIONS IN SECOND SUPERSEDING INDICTMENT
Diddy is facing fresh allegations in a second superseding indictment in his sex trafficking and racketeering case.
The superseding indictment, unsealed on Thursday (March 6), does not include fresh charges but claims the Bad Boy boss forced employees to work long hours with little sleep under the threat of physical and reputational harm.
He is also accused of forcing at least one employee to engage in sexual acts with him.
The filing claims Diddy “caused these employees to believe they would be harmed — including by losing their jobs — if they did not comply with his demands.”
