Diddy Faces New Charges In Third Superseding Indictment, Cassie To Testify At Trial

Diddy has been hit with yet more criminal charges as a third superseding indictment has been filed against him.

Prosecutors have slapped the Bad Boy boss with two further charges, accusing him of using force, fraud or coercion to compel a woman to engage in commercial sex acts between 2021 and 2024.

The indictment also accuses Puffy of transporting said woman (identified in legal documents as “Victim-2”) and sex workers to engage in prostitution.

Prosecutors have also said that they expect four accusers to testify against Diddy at trial, which is due to begin next month.
