The administrator of a lie detector test called 50 Cent out for embellishing the truth in his some of his music. The rapper recently sat down with Vanity Fair, who took a different approach to interviewing the TV star. In the Q&A session, Fif was asked a slew of questions while on a polygraph. The questions covered everything from his life in Texas, his discography, Kanye West and more.
While on the topic of his music, the conductor questioned the validity of his song “High All the Time,” highlighting the fact that the emcee is not a smoker. “Do you always lie in your songs?” she asked, to which he responded, “Well I was high all the time, but everybody else was smoking around me.”
The interview then broke down the lyrics to “In Da Club,” focusing mainly on the hook’s opening line, “You can find me in da club/ Bottle full of bub.” “Is the bottle full of bub?” the woman inquired. “When it first opens, yeah,” 50 frankly responded. He later admitted that he’s “filled champagne bottles with ginger ale.”
