The Muslim Student Association would like to invite you to the "Sing for Syria" fundraiser for Syrian humanitarian relief, featuring Recording Artist and Social activist KHALED M!! This is part 2 in our "sing for countries in need" series and will include some DOPE Bay Area artists as special guests: HBO Def Poet Mark Gonzales and Hip hop artist/activist Sellassie. (More info on artists below) Tickets are 5$ for USF students, 10$ for USF faculty, and 15$ for everyone else (tickets will be sold at the door). 100% of the proceeds will go to Islamic Relief. A representative from the Syrian American Council (SAC) as well as Islamic Relief (IR) will be explaining the complex situation in Syria as well as how Islamic Relief is helping the Syrian people, who so desperately need it right now.
