About This Workshop:
This workshop will cover the nuts-and-bolts of how (and whether) to resolve a dispute through small claims court and/or by mediation. With Jill Roisen, C.L.A.’s Program Director of Arts Arbitration and Mediation, Christina Wiellette, A.A.M.S. Case Manager, and Bob Pimm, C.L.A.’s Chief Learning Officer and Director of Legal Services.
